Reservations for the senior dinner during band camp need to be made and we would like to know if you are coming.  The seniors and their parents are treated to a senior dinner at a restaurant on Friday night during band camp.

Seniors are free to invite their parents and stepparents to join them for this event. Often the adults come to camp Friday afternoon and then spend the night at camp or in local motels to be there for the Saturday show.  Some bring campers or travel trailers and park them at the camp.  By the end of Pre-camp this week (Thursday, Aug.14) please provide the following information to Bob Green or Pam Barckholtz:

1.  How many including the senior who will be in your party for dinner?

2.  If you will need camp accommodations and how many males and females will need this.  Camp rules do not allow for any co-ed sleeping arrangements unless you bring your own camper or tent and stay on those specified grounds.  Usually there is plenty of room in the lodge for the ladies and some room in the cabins for the men.  Our senior band class is small this year so there is probably room for everyone, but do let us know.  Cabin and lodge beds are bare bunk beds with sturdy mattresses, but you would need to bring a bed roll.  Plenty of showers are available on site.

Bob would like to make the reservations before we go to camp so he can focus on the music and show at the camp.  We are looking forward to hearing from every senior about how their parents will participate in this special dinner.

Thank you.

Bob Green and Pam Barckholtz
