ATTENTION :  REMINDER FOR MARCHING BAND FORMS

Just a reminder to all marching band families that all forms to be able to participate in the upcoming Marching Band season are due NO LATER than July 22nd.  These include 1.) the signed contract, 2.) membership fees, 3.) physical forms (notarized), 4.) and being current on your account or a plan in place with Theresa Zammit.

All of the above items are imperative to have in a timely manner.  If one or some have not been turned in, please make it a priority to due so ASAP.  In addition, a friendly reminder that all these items are required to attend band camp in August.  We are required to have the signed contract and physical forms in place for each individual student by the State of Michigan.  Per the contract, there is a $100.00 fee assessed for individuals that are not current by Sept. 1st.  If you have not done so already, please remit these items in an envelope and drop off in the red box located in the band room or feel free to mail them to Theresa Zammit at 936 Kyle Ct., White Lake, MI. 48383.
