5 pm Jazz band report to stage for rehearsal with Premiere Big Band
5:30 pm Doors open/ Silent Auction opens ( in hallway next to admissions)
6:00 pm Concert begins
6:45 pm Intermission/ Silent Auction FINAL bidding/ Dessert and refreshments in cafeteria
7:30 pm Silent Auction ends
7:45 pm Concert Resumes
8:30 pm Concert concludes/ PICK UP SILENT AUCTION WINNING AND CASH OUT
Jazz Band – Dress up for this event (shirt/tie/dress pants, skirt/dress, etc.)
We need everyone in jazz band on stage by 5 pm ready to rehearse for this event.
