Hello, Band Parents!
We are looking for volunteers for this year’s band camp. The parents prepare the food and chaperone for the entire week. You do NOT need to commit to the entire week. If you can only make it a day or two, that is still a HUGE help! We also have several areas that only require a few hours of work on the first and last day of camp. We desperately need male chaperones, particularly towards the end of the week. We also need kitchen help in the middle of the week. Other areas where we need help are:
-Parents to ride the buses with students (will return immediately to the school on the bus)
-Parents to check luggage at the school before the students load up
-Parents to go to the camp ahead of the students to do a camp inspection
-Parents to come up to camp early on Saturday to help clean the areas where our children were staying.
