We have noticed that a lot of required forms for the marching band band camp are still missing, are incomplete, or have been completed incorrectly. The band camp forms are required documents and could prevent your student from attending this important part of the marching band season. The Booster Board recognizes that this can be overwhelming and confusing for many parents. Even the veteran parents struggle with this!
To assist you, there will be a Booster Board member available on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9 PM in the band shed (or band room, if available) to answer your questions. Maybe you are just wondering about why some things are done the way they are, or you have a suggestion to offer. Maybe you have a fundraising idea and want to share it. Or, maybe you lost your forms and need help retrieving them from the website. Some of you may also get a call and be asked to meet us there to correct some part of your forms. Also, we have at least two notaries in the band who can help you with that task.
We are working on confusion eradication–but we’re not there yet!
