Holiday Concert/Alumni Concert Update
Saturday, December 15, 2018
LHS CPA – 4 pm
Dress:
We are dressing up for this concert just like the fall concert (Dress/Skirt/Dress pants, guys – khakis,
shirt/tie).
Schedule:
Friday – December 14th:
Since we are combining with the alumni on 3 songs, we will have a dress rehearsal Friday night from 7
– 8 pm. I know this is an add to the calendar, but I need your support with this if you can please attend.
It is too risky with the amount of music we have that day to try to do a dress rehearsal the day of the
concert. Everyone will be tired before the concert even happens. Wind Ensemble, I will have pizza/pop
for you in the band room waiting for after the rehearsal ends as a thank you!!!
Saturday, December 15th:
We will be reporting at the following times for this concert:
3:30 pm – Wind Ensemble report time to band room
4 pm – Concert Begins
5:30 pm – Approximate end time for concert
Attention All Parents/Families:
There is NO ADMISSION for this concert however we will be running a 50/50 raffle at the concert!
