Greetings band families:
I wanted to reach out to you all at this time to ask you a huge favor regarding our email distribution list (if you are getting this email you are on the list). In a nutshell, we need you all to please try to understand how critical it is to stay enrolled in this group and to continue to receive the emails from the band boosters. If you take yourself out of the distribution list, we cannot go back in later and add you, it must be done by you. What we try to do because we have so many emails (especially this time of year) is to put in the subject who it pertains to specifically (Ex: 2016 Marching Band Families, or 2016 Marching Band Brass, etc, etc.)
Please know that I use this as my primary source for sending digital copies of paperwork I’ve given the students, and it is a great way to keep you all informed. It is not our intent to overwhelm your inbox. We simply want to communicate the best we can all the important information for the band.
