THANK YOU everyone for all your hard work with the best show in MCBA!!! We had a great HVI, dealing with horrible weather at times, a very, very long day, and a ton of hours all weekend long!!!This is the best band family anyone could ask for! We had many alumni parents and students come in, relatives, guests, siblings, and all our own wonderful band parents and students and a ton of compliments about our show (as usual!). Thank you again for everything you guys do, what a great way to finish the regular season.
If you keep track of this stuff, we moved up this weekend from 7th to 6th in the State, and we are performing at 9 pm on Saturday! The band had a great performance…a complete 180 degree turn from the Plymouth show, and I couldn’t have asked for a better HVI. We were .05 away from winning Flight II at the show, and if we were competing, we would have won Best Music and Best General Effect…(and best parents, best chaperones, best props, best everything else!!!).
