Friday, November 30, 2018 – Marching Band Banquet
The marching band banquet will be held in the LHS cafeteria. We will meet at 7 pm. The banquet is a pot-luck
style, informal banquet. Please bring food according to the list below based on your last name. This is for all
marching band members and their families. Please bring enough food to feed the number of people you
bring to the banquet.
***7 pm Dinner in the cafeteria
***8 pm Student meeting in Choir Room
***8:30 pm Awards Ceremony
***9:30 pm Road Video (this is our video yearbook from the season)
***11 pm Banquet ends
What to bring:
If your last name begins with A – L, please bring main dish/dessert/beverage (2-liter of pop)
If your last name begins with M – Z, please bring main dish/salad/beverage (2-liter of pop)
Please label all utensils/dishes you bring for your food and please take them all with you at the end of the
night. We are starting banquet an hour later again this year with the hope that this will give everyone
adequate time to arrive and have dinner together. We must start dinner right away so please do not
delay in arriving so we can keep the evening on schedule. Thank you all.
