Plan:
We are performing in the old gym for the Holiday Hope for Kids Party during 4th hour this year. You will be excused for the hour from school and should report to the band room at the start of the hour. We will go to the old gym together.
***Please dress up/festival holiday colors.
We are setting up/warming up during A lunch, performing during B lunch, and eating C lunch.

FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS

Plan:
We are performing in the field house for the Festival of Lights this year. We will have a dress rehearsal on the combined song during 6th hour that day (1 – 2 pm). You will be excused for the hour from school and should report to the band room at the start of the hour. We will go to field house together.
***Concert is full uniform dress.
Please be in your seat by 6:45 pm. Concert begins at 7 pm.

WINTER/HOLIDAY CONCERT

Plan:
We have our Winter Concert/Holiday Concert on Saturday in the CPA. The concert is at 4 pm. We will meet in the band room at 3:30, quickly warm up/meet/get ready, and then line up for the stage performance.
***Concert is full uniform dress.
Please be in the band room by 3:30 pm. Concert begins at 4 pm. Please stay for the Alumni Band following your performance. The concert will not be a long one!!!
