I’m sorry to inform you that our Poker event scheduled for November 28-30, 2014 has been cancelled due because the State of Michigan has closed the River for failure to comply with a legal requirement. The River has offered me another date at another location in July 2015, but have not assured me that will be ours. I will notify you if and when it becomes available.
Right now our only Poker event scheduled is Jan 5-8, 2015, at Cicarelli’s in Shelby Twp. As soon as that license is confirmed by the State, I will start a sign up genius for workers. Those of you who signed up for November 28-30 will get a first chance to sign up for the January event when I know for sure it is going to happen.
Other options with charitable gaming such as Poker events continue to be available, but until the local clientele is built and some other details are worked out, we will not pursue our own local events.
