Who We Are…
The Lakeland High School Marching Band is the most visible band organization on campus, consisting of an annual membership of 70+ students.

During the marching band season, this award-winning ensemble competes in regional, state and national competitions as well as, performing at all Lakeland High School home football games along with a small contingent of band members attending away games in support the team and student body.

Participation in the Lakeland Marching band is open to students, regardless of musicality experience. All students participating in the program all four years of high school will receive a P.E. credit waiver. Successful participation requires being present at all rehearsals, practices, pep rallies, football games, school functions and performances.

Rehearsals and precamps take place during the month of July with a week-long camp in August.
