Reminders:

Full and complete uniforms, garment bags, proper clothing for under uniform.
Bring a lunch, water bottle, sunblock (for practice), snacks, and bag dinner (prior to leaving for the show).
After performance change of clothes after returning to Lakeland.

Chaperones should report no later than 3:30p to assist with loading/students/getting ready/etc.

9:00a – 3:30p | Practice at LHS (bring a bag lunch/snacks and also bring a bag dinner as we will eat before we leave for the show on Saturday.

3:30p | Meet, load equipment

4:00p | Dinner at Lakeland; Change into uniforms (FULL Uniforms)

5:00p | Depart for Lamphere HS

6:00p | Arrive at Lamphere, check-in/unload equipment/restroom break

6:35p | Warm-ups

7:30p | Depart for stadium

7:45p | Official Performance

8:00p | Finish and return to buses/load equipment

8:45p | Depart for Lakeland

10:00p | Arrive at Lakeland – Clean-up equipment and band room, students dismissed
